Twitter reacts as Jude Bellingham snubs interest from Manchester United
According to ESPN, Jude Bellingham has snubbed interest from Manchester United to move to Borussia Dortmund.
One of the finest young players in the country, United went on a charm offensive to sway him to join the Solskjaer evolution. The youngster was given a tour of the Carrington training ground and even met with Sir Alex Ferguson.
It has all come to nought, with the 16-year-old choosing to move to Signal Iduna Park. By doing so, he is following in the steps of Jadon Sancho.
The deal will cost the German side around £20million. Bellingham is expected to earn £60,000-a-week, a far cry from the £145-a-week he earns at Birmingham.
At 16 years and 38 days, he is the youngest player in Birmingham City’s history. A versatile player, the youngster is capable of playing anywhere in the midfield.
It is a shame that we missed out on such a talent. On the plus side, this can help us convince Angel Gomes to extend his United contract.
We take a look at how United fans reacted to the news.

I was excited at the thought at first but he’s no way near a priority signing. Sancho and Grealish/VDB needed

Borussia Dortmund have reportedly won the race to sign Jude Bellingham. Although we miss out on a target, very impressed with his decision. A very good move for his development. Fair play to the lad!
