Van Gaal has praised the Frenchman for his game against Midtjylland in the Europa League as his best yet, giving him the confidence to also perform well in the further fixtures.
He might be against the ex-United player, Fletcher, who can deny him the comforts of having good games. The Scottish defensive midfielder is experienced and has also won titles in his time at Old Trafford under Sir Alex Ferguson.
Schneiderlin will find it difficult to cut passes through and read the midfield’s game of the opponent.
