United’s goal drought this seaon is probably comparable to some droughts in those in Africa. As per reports, the club is constantly looking for reinforcement up front and according to the latest news through the grapevines, Robert Lewandowski is the man United are after.
The Polish striker is in the form of his life and has scored 29 goals in 30 matches. Such player is surely expected to end United’s goal shy form. But as we hear from Mundo Deportivo, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also interested in the player so Manchester United will have to battle them to land their man.
The newspaper reported that Manchester United are “Crazy” about the player and willing to break the bank to sign the Bayern Munich striker. Apparently the second option for United is Leicester City forward Riyad Maharez but Lewandowski remains their first option. Last time we heard, Bayern were not ready to sell him. Has it changed? Only time will tell.
