Man United star reacts as brother revels in glory after being promoted to League 1

Manchester United superstar, Harry Maguire could be ending his season without winning any trophies. However, there will be cause for celebration at his place since his brother’s team has earned a promotion to Football League 1.

The English defender took to Instagram to congratulate his brother. Maguire shared two separate stories to express his happiness and said that he was proud of what his brother had achieved.

Laurence Maguire plays a game similar to the Manchester United star. Both players are centre-backs and depend more on their positioning instead of their pace to complete their defending duties with success.

While Laurence celebrates, Maguire will be racking his brain looking for answers behind his team’s atrocious performance this season. Man United were thrown out of the UCL in the group stages. They were embarrassed in the League Cup.

Moreover, they only managed an eighth-place finish in the Premier League this season. The team will be playing the FA Cup finals this weekend but that could end up adding to their misery.

The Red Devils will have to defeat Pep Guardiola and his men to lift the FA Cup. The Blues are fresh off their fourth consecutive Premier League title so besting them over the course of 90 minutes could prove to be nigh impossible for Erik ten Hag and his crew.
