Summer target’s agent spotted in the stands during Manchester United vs Arsenal clash
As reported by The Standard, the agenda of 17-goal target, Benjamin Sesko was spotted in the stands as Manchester United took on Arsenal this past week. It was a poor game for the Red Devils who succumbed to a 1-0 defeat.
Mikel Arteta and his men held onto their first-half lead and rode the waves to an easy victory. United on the other hand looked beaten the moment they conceded. It was not a good look for the team since Sesko’s agent was watching.
The 20-year-old striker has been having a stellar season with Bundesliga side, RB Leipzig. Sesko has made 41 appearances this season recording a total of 17 goals and two assists. Arsenal are also interested in signing the Slovenian.
Seeing how the Gunners made it look easy as they rode their one-goal lead to victory, Sesko’s agent will not be too impressed by Erik ten Hag and his team. On the other hand, it also highlighted how Man United are in desperate need of a quality striker.
Whether that ends up being Sesko or someone older that will also benefit Rasmus Hojlund is still yet to be seen. The young Dane is impressive but his lack of consistency leaves a lot to be desired at times.
If the Red Devils can pair Hojlund up with an experienced striker it could end up being massive for his development. However, if the team signs Sesko they’d have one of the best young attacking cores in the league.
