Manchester United ramp up interest in Jean-Clair Todibo
According to Fichajes.net, Manchester United are ready to boost their pursuit of Jean-Clair Todibo in the summer.
The ex-Barcelona centre-back has been collecting plaudits ever since returning to France with Nice three years ago.
The 24-year-old’s stint with Les Aiglons has also seen him break into the France senior national setup.
Nice’s current owners, the INEOS Group, are also the new sporting owners of Man United, and the Red Devils will be hoping to leverage that link to bring Todibo at Old Trafford despite a horrid 2023/24 campaign.
INEOS link may help United despite the terrible predicament
The Red Devils have very little going for them right now. The season just keeps getting bad to worse for them in its dying embers—not a good start to the summer.
The INEOS link may help them get an edge over Todibo’s other potential suitors, but even then a move to them would be a hard sell for a young player on the rise.

Regardless of their predicament, however, for Todibo a move to United will be considered a move upwards, so he may be inclined to consider it for the right price. It will be interesting to see what price the new-look United are ready to cough up.
