Ipswich Town boss has shed light on the Brandon William situation at Manchester United

Manchester United loanee, Brandon Williams, was having a good run earlier this season with Championship team Ipswich Town. In 17 appearances, the 23-year-old has scored two goals while providing solid performances throughout.

One of his two goals was from an impressive run that started in Ipswich’s half. Seeing such a young talent run the length of the field with a ball at his feet and convert it into a goal surely gives fans some hope for the future.

However, his loan stint this season has suffered due to injuries and illnesses that forced him to return to Old Trafford for a medical assessment in January. It seems like the player never went back as Ipswich Town boss, Kieran McKenna, has shared an update.

While speaking to TWTD about the situation regarding Manchester United loanee, Brandon Williams, all Kieran McKenna had to say was “He’s still with United.”

Since Williams was only travelling to United for a simple medical assessment, his prolonged absence from the Championship team is a cause for concern.

However, Ipswich Town fans shouldn’t worry too much since Williams will most likely return soon to finish out the rest of the season with the Championship team. Moreover, Kieran McKenna himself confirmed earlier this month that the 23-year-old will be returning to finish his loan spell.

Ipswich Town fans who are waiting to see Brandon Williams in action must play the waiting game for now. Hopefully, the player will be better than ever when he eventually returns to the Portman Road Stadium.
