Manchester United midfielder will soon go out on loan, confirms Fabrizio Romano

As confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, 19-year-old Manchester United midfielder, Daniel Gore will soon be heading out on loan. He will be joining EFL Ligue One team, Port Vale.

The English national has not had a lot of opportunities with the Red Devils. He has made two appearances for the team while only playing 29 minutes. Erik ten Hag doesn’t seem to have much faith in his abilities.

We’ve seen the Dutchman give playing time to plenty of youngsters on the squad. 19-year-old Alejandro Garnacho, 20-year-old Rasmus Hojlund, and 18-year-old Kobbie Mainoo have all been regular features this season.

However, there have also been promising players who have not had any playing time and have had to go out on loan. First, it was Donny van de Beek then Hannibal Mejbri, Facundo Pellistri, and now Daniel Gore is also on his way.

Erik ten Hag clearly doesn’t have faith in many of Manchester United’s academy players, which must be disappointing for these young stars. Hopefully, Gore can grow to be a better player during his time at Port Vale.

Mason Greenwood has recorded five goals and four assists during his time at Getafe.

If the 19-year-old can even be remotely as successful as Mason Greenwood has been during his time at Getafe, then he just might have a chance to crack the Manchester United first team upon his return.
