According to Rudy Galleti, 20-year-old Antonio Silva is being targeted by the likes of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. The Portuguese star comes with a €100m release clause.

Antonio Silva has been making heads turn all around the world. The 20-year-old has quickly taken them all by storm. This can be credited to his excellent defensive abilities and tall 1.87m frame.

With such a young and capable defender on the market, the sharks have already begun to circle. According to multiple reports Manchester United and PSG are among the few who are trying to sign the player for themselves.

The main problem with trying to sign the 20-year-old is his price tag. Manchester United can most likely not afford to pay the €100m release clause of Silva. Paris Saint-Germain on the other hand might not have any issues with that.

The Red Devils must look towards offloading some of their own talent to bring Silva to the fold. A young and capable defender like him could grow to be a world-class talent at Old Trafford.

We cannot forget the immediate impact that the player will most likely have on the team. Manchester United’s poor defensive line can use the help of the Portuguese national.
