A report has finally revealed whether INEOS will have any say in Manchester United’s moves during the upcoming transfer window
Ever since Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s company INEOS completed its deal to take a 25% stake in Manchester United people have been wondering whether the company will have any say in their dealings next month.
Well according to a report from Manchester Evening News, The Red Devils will first have to consult the INEOS authority before they decide to make a move next month. Whether this is a wise decision or not is yet to be seen.
Manchester United are expecting to have a slow January. Every sign points in the direction of a busy transfer window. But, it looks like the club might not do a lot after all.
The people at INEOS have already started making some moves it looks like. They have recently denied a £40m from Getafe for star midfielder Mason Greenwood. A good decision from the club that brings hope for a better future.
Also on the menu for next month is the status of Raphael Varane. According to multiple reports, Bayern Munich are looking to bring the player to Germany during the upcoming transfer window.
However, after his masterclass at Anfield, the club is unlikely to let go of the Frenchman. The situation will be closely monitored as we approach January since nothing has been confirmed by Manchester United.
