Two Bundesliga clubs will be competing with FC Barcelona in their pursuit of the Manchester United star who hasn’t featured since August.

Manchester United will have no shortage of suitors for Jadon Sancho. the 23-year-old has attracted interest from Barcelona, his former club Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig.

Sancho has not featured for Manchester United since August. The English national has been in exile after he had a public falling out with Manchester United coach, Erik Ten Hag.

The Dutchman says he will allow Sancho to come back if he apologises. But, Ten Hag is most probably waiting on an apology that is never going to come. Offloading the player is now on Manchester United’s priority list.

The Daily Mail reports that even though Borussia Dortmund would love to sign their former star back, his €17m a year salary has been a big obstacle for them.

RB Leipzig who are keeping an eye on Sancho will also face difficulties due to his high wage. Only a big-time club like FC Barcelona will have the financial means to straight up sign the player.

Juventus is another club that is looking to add Sancho to their ranks. We will most likely see him depart this January, either on a loan deal or for a more permanent arrangement.

Offloading Sancho will open up space on the Manchester United roster. His wage will also be a big obstacle to bringing in new talent during January. Ten Hag must prioritise getting rid of the player as soon as the transfer window opens.
