Manchester United crumble under pressure as Bayern fans roar a brutal chant
Manchester United took the field against Bayern Munich to make a last stand for Champions League glory. Upon their arrival at the arena, The Red Devils were subject to some horrid chanting coming at them from the Bayern Munich side of the stands.
Surely, this must’ve had a mental effect on the team as well because the game they played afterward wasn’t the work of ‘Premier League giants’. Although the scoreline doesn’t reflect it, Bayern completely dominated Machester United.
The first to dig their nails into their opponents from Old Trafford were the fans. Here is a video from the stands that has been making the rounds on X (Twitter).

Bayern Munich had 59% of the possession and were able to get off 10 shots at goal with 3 being on target. The Red Devils on the other hand only shot 5 times with 1 shot on target (Fotmob).
Ten Hag’s attacking line looked lost and were unable to leave their mark on this game. The defence, however, was putting up a decent fight against the Bavarians.
But despite their best attempts, the defensive line was not able to stop Kingsley Coman who was able to find the back of the net at the 70th minute of the game.
This game has put an end to any European glory that Erik Ten Hag had set his eyes on.

Now, with Manchester United out of the Champions League, the only way for Ten Hag to save this disastrous season is to perform in the Premier League. The Dutchman needs to rally his team to make a total comeback.
It’ll be interesting to see how the Red Devils plan on bouncing back after their embarrassing exit from the Champions League.
