Inter Milan offered €55 million final proposal from Manchester United for Andre Onana
Manchester United have made a €55 million proposal to Inter Milan to acquire the services of Andre Onana this summer, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano on Twitter.
The Red Devils have offered the Nerazzurri a €50 million fixed fee plus €5 million in add-ons. As things stand, the two parties are negotiating the final details regarding the structure of the deal.
However, the Old Trafford side and the Serie A giants are close to a consensus. The Cameroonian’s arrival at the Theatre of Dreams is expected and is considered imminent.

Inter signed Onana as a free agent in the summer of 2022 after he left Ajax Amsterdam as a free agent. Now, the Nerazzurri are set to make a huge profit on the 27-year-old.
Last season, the shot-stopper caught a lot of people’s attention with his displays at the Italian outfit. He immediately displaced long-time number one Samir Handanovic in between the sticks at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza side.
The Cameroonian showcased his abilities with the ball at his feet throughout the campaign. However, the Champions League final against Manchester City was a fine example of the goalkeeper’s skillset.
Erik ten Hag trusted David de Gea to be the first choice last season. After a shaky start under the new gaffer, the Spaniard found his rhythm and put in some admirable performances. Unfortunately, as the campaign progressed, the 32-year-old looked more and more uncomfortable playing under the Dutch manager.
Ten Hag seems keen to have the shot-stopper involved in the buildup play, something De Gea struggled with. The Spaniard has now parted ways with United.
