Juventus join Manchester United in race for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic
Serie A giants Juventus have joined Manchester United in a race for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, according to Fichajes.net via Calciomercatonews.
The Old Lady are eyeing a move for the Croatia international ahead of the upcoming transfer window. However, the Nerazzurri could turn to the Red Devils and Paris-Saint Germain, who also have the 30-year-old on their radar.
However, Brozovic is tempted by a move to the Bianconeri. A swap between the two Italian giants is a probable outcome next summer.
The Croatian has been at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza side since the summer of 2016. Over the years, the midfielder has developed into a key player for the Serie A outfit.
Under Antonio Conte, the 30-year-old thrived and won the Scudetto at Inter in the 2020/21 season. Under Simone Inzaghi, in the current campaign, the Nerazzurri have one foot in the Champions League final after beating AC Milan 2-0 in the first leg of the semi-finals.
Juventus have the likes of Manuel Locatelli, Adrien Rabiot and Nicolo Fagioli in their ranks. Massimiliano Allegri also has Leandro Paredes in his ranks. However, the Argentine is only on loan at the club until the end of the season.
As for United, we signed Casemiro last summer. The Brazilian has added much-needed quality to the Red Devils’ engine room. However, apart from the 31-year-old, the Old Trafford side seemingly lack depth in the middle of the park.
However, without the former Real Madrid star in Erik ten Hag’s team, we have struggled. The Manchester-based club lack quality on the bench, with Fred and Scott McTominay being underwhelming.

Brozovic is an experienced and established number six. The midfielder has showcased his qualities with Croatia as well. However, it remains to be seen whether United will pip Juventus to the 30-year-old’s signature.
