Aston Villa could welcome back Ludwig Augustinsson and Boubacar Kamara vs Manchester United
According to The Birmingham Mail, Aston Villa look set to welcome back two players to the matchday squad ahead of the Premier League clash against Manchester United at Villa Park on Sunday.
The Villians parted ways with manager Steven Gerrard, replacing him with former Villarreal boss Unai Emery. The Spaniard is coming off the back of a good spell at the Estadio de La Ceramica and will be keen to repeat the success in the Midlands.
He will be boosted by the news that Ludwig Augustinsson and Boubacar Kamara are both back in contention to feature. The latter was expected to return to action after the World Cup but a successful surgery has seen him return to contention much earlier.

Augustinsson last played for Villa a month ago, where he pulled his hamstring against Leeds United. While he will be lacking match fitness, the availability will give Emery more options.
Villa also look set to welcome back goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez. The Argentine international suffered a concussion in the game against Newcastle United last weekend. He has now been cleared to feature and should be restored to the starting XI.
Meanwhile, defender Diego Carlos will continue to sit out while Morgan Sanson could be handed an opportunity to impress. With a clean slate on offer, Man United should be wary of a Villa side that will have their tails up on the night.
Erik ten Hag has his own share of concerns, especially regarding three key attackers. Raphael Varane will be sidelined and is unlikely to feature for the Red Devils before the World Cup.

The trio of Jadon Sancho, Anthony Martial and Antony are all nursing injuries and are 50-50 to make it in time. The club are likely to take a late call on the trio’s availability for the game.
Manchester United are undefeated in the Premier League at Villa Park since 1995. Historically a kind venue, Ten Hag and co should nip any positivity emanating around the venue brought about by the new manager and come away with all three points.
