Transfer News: Three-way battle ensuing for Manchester United target Paulo Dybala
According to the Sun, Manchester United are amongst three clubs who are fighting it out for the signature of former Juventus superstar Paulo Dybala with Arsenal and Roma also said to be in the mix for the player.
Man United have been actively pursuing the talented Argentinian playmaker this summer and with him available on a free transfer, the Red Devils are obviously not the only club interested in signing Paulo Dybala.
Arsenal and Man United seem to be having similar interests in players they are targeting this summer with Paulo Dybala joining Lisandro Martinez on the list of common players both the clubs are targeting.

Jose Mourinho’s Roma are also interested in the 28-year-old and if Dybala wants to stay in Italy, then the former Man United boss might hold an advantage over both the PL clubs in snapping up the Argentinian.
In a way, it feels very surprising that a player of Dybala’s quality at the age at which he comes, especially on a free transfer, is not attracting more interest than what it is right now because at his best, the 28-year-old is a monster.
Despite a couple of indifferent seasons in between, Dybala’s overall career in Turin can be considered a huge success. Since his switch from Palermo, the Argentinian has gone on to become a superstar with the Old Lady.

One of Dybala’s big pluses is his versatility. He can play as a centre-forward, on either wing and even as an attacking midfielder. He is equally good at scoring goals and providing assists and is a player that would be useful for a manager like ten Hag.
The Dutch tactician, during his time at Amsterdam, did show a penchant for players who could play in multiple positions. Not to forget, there aren’t many better playmakers in Europe right now than the Argentine- with his passing and dribbling skills making him an ever-present threat for opponents.
