According to the Mirror, incoming Manchester United will unveil new permanent manager Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford in the coming days.

After winning the league with Ajax Amsterdam, the Dutchman has taken over a new project for the next season at the Theatre of Dreams. Ending his spell with the Amsterdam-based club, the new gaffer flew to London on Monday and has already begun ideating for the summer.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils are set to face Crystal Palace which marks their final match of the 2021/22 Premier League season. The Dutchman will be present at Selhurst Park to see what transpires in Ralf Rangnick’s final match at the helm.

After the season concludes, the club intends to unveil ten Hag officially as the manager at Old Trafford sometime in the coming week. The Dutchman certainly faces a difficult task to make the Red Devils the eminent force in English football.

Steve McClaren, the assistant during Sir Alex Ferguson’s historic 1999 treble-winning year will also be presented as ten hag’s right hand. The duo has worked previously on many occasions and shars an understanding which can help the club in the long run.
