Manchester United ace Luke Shaw not involved in England training session ahead of Andorra clash
According to Sky Sports (h/t The Metro), Manchester United ace Luke Shaw was not present in the first-team training session of the England national team ahead of the Andorra clash.
The 26-year-old was selected for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers that the Three Lions will be participating in during this international break. The 2020 European Championship finalists are set to face Andorra and Hungary, two teams they beat 4-0 last at the start of last month.
Although Gareth Southgate and co could have fastened their qualification to Qatar with a win against Poland in September, a draw meant that they will have to win their games against Hungary and Albania to secure qualification.
Thus, the England boss named a squad full of stars, including the likes of Harry Kane, Jack Grealish, Kyle Walker, Raheem Sterling, Jadon Sancho, and several others. However, another player that was also named in the squad was Manchester United ace, Luke Shaw.
The left-back suffered a knock against Aston Villa last to last weekend and was brought off. Although he made a swift recovery and also featured in the game for the Red Devils against Everton on Saturday, he has not been pictured in the first team training session for England.
However, there is no panic amongst the national squad because it is a planned effort for the quartet of Shaw, Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, and Ollie Watkins to work on their fitness away from the main group.

Southgate is still confident that all 24 members of his squad will be available for selection for the Andorra game, according to Sky Sports (h/t The Metro).
United would, however, be hoping that their full-back is not exhausted as they are set for a heavy schedule post the international break.
