Paul Pogba has been offered to Real Madrid by Mino Raiola amidst speculation over Manchester United contract extension

According to El Nacional (h/t Express), Mino Raiola has offered Real Madrid the opportunity to sign Paul Pogba next summer amidst uncertainty over a new Manchester United contract.

The 28-year-old has been in incredible form at the start of the season for the Red Devils as he has already racked up 7 assists in six league games for the club.

Although there was a lot of uncertainty over the future regarding an exit, the Frenchman has been incredibly professional about his contract situation at the club.

The midfielder will be a free agent at the end of this season as he is yet to negotiate the terms of an extension deal with the Old Trafford outfit.

The French international is also said to have previously rejected an extension from the club and there has now been some movement in the player’s camp over a potential move.

Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, is said to have offered Real Madrid the opportunity to get a deal over the line for the Frenchman, according to El Nacional (h/t Express). The 28-year-old has previously stated that a move to the Spanish capital is his ‘dream’ and remains interested in a deal that will get him there.

The midfielder was apparently offered to Madrid’s rivals in Barcelona as well, however, the financial difficulties surrounding the Nou Camp outfit make them unlikely suitors for a superstar like the French international.

This, however, will be a blow for the Red Devils, who would have been hoping to retain his services beyond next season. Although efforts might still be focused on agreeing an extension, a move to the 13-time European Champions could be closer than expected.
