Bordeaux centre-back Pablo has emerged as an option for Manchester United in the January window, according to Fox Sports Brazil (h/t Daily Star).
The 27-year-old has been impressive for the Ligue 1 side and even broke into the Brazil national side, playing a game in November.
The defence has been a huge problem for the Red Devils, having conceded 26 goals so far this season, and the report claims that Ed Woodward has allowed Jose Mourinho to shore up his defence in the winter window.
The Red Devils have several other targets with Kalidou Koulibaly, Toby Alderweireld and Eder Militao in the running, but the report claims that United have enquired about Pablo.
The Premier League side know that the 27-year-old will not come on the cheap as he is contracted till 2021 but believe the lure of playing for the Red Devils will help seal the move in the winter window (h/t Daily Star).
Mourinho has seen his side struggle with injuries and it will be interesting to see how we line-up against Liverpool at the weekend.
