Manchester United has been reported to have made a solid offer to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford next season as per L’Equipe.

The Swede will become a free agent when his contract at PSG expires in the summer and a host of clubs are interested to sign the 34-year-old star who has won the title in every league he has played in. Last week Louis Van Gaal had commented that he would not take him at the club because of his age but given that the Dutchman himself may not be present in the club come summer, Zlatan may very well land up at Manchester under Jose Mourinho.
The player is a popular name on Mourinho’s wish list if reports in the media are to be believed. With United’s loss to Tottenham, a top four finish is unlikely and the Portuguese is the favorite to replace Van Gaal.
