Recent performances and especially the one against Everton, proves why Blind can be the real deal in the defence. The Dutch player was strong and steady throughout the game.
His tackles and interceptions were exceptionally good which made Everton look weaker in attack.
Dailey Blind projected Lukaku’s movement very well, denying him to score against United as usual. He was undoubtedly the Man of the Match even though Martial was the one to score the winner.
Blind’s contribution in the match was more than any other player. It can be compared to the times when De Gea saves United’s butt.
