Italian media had reported that Lazio president had told them that Felipe Anderson will join Manchester United for a £47 million move at the end of the season. Post that report the club quickly moved to say that the news was nothing but rumors. In spite of that the Brazilian has been constantly linked with Manchester United.
Speaking to Fox Sports Brazil, the 22-year-old player has now opened up about the speculation. He has revealed that there is nothing concrete at the present and he is quite happy at Lazio. He revealed his ultimate goal is to play for the national team and believes that he can do that if he plays well for Lazio.
Manchester United are having a bad season under Louis Van Gaal and are believed to be making preparations to strengthen their squad in the summer. Some of the current player are expected to leave and new faces will definitely be incoming in the summer. Maybe Felipe Anderson is one such face.
