The former Aston Villa player was another player who was integral for United in the 2014-15 season, but a combination of injuries and the influx of new blood like Lingard, Depay and Januzaj has seen him relegated to the bench. When fit, Young is fast, direct and versatile, but he doesn’t really have the kind of skill on the ball that you would expect from a United winger. Another one down the hammer probably.
