The “new Eden Hazard” Sofiane Boufal has caught some eyes around the continent and Italian giants like Inter Milan and Juventus are said to be keen on completing a transfer for the player this summer.
Jean Michel Vandamme, the sporting director of Lille has, however mentioned that neither of the clubs have made an approach for the player yet but has contacted the intermediaries.
Boufal is valued at £15.6 million and Vandamme has mentioned that the club did not sell him in the January transfer window due to club’s transfer policies. The Guardian claims that Manchester Untied are also monitoring the 22 year old Morocco international and given the news may approach the player in the summer. Specially considering that the director has said that the club may be willing to cash in on Boufal in the summer and that some English clubs are also after him. Boufal joined his current club Lille in January 2015 and has impressed in 32 games so far.
