According to the latest reports, Arsenal are planning to seal a deal for a long-term Porto superstar Ruben Neves. A representative from the north London club was spotted at the game between FC Porto and Maccabi Tel Aviv, scouting their potential target.
Further, Portuguese newspaper A Bola added that officials from club’s league rivals Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool were there as well.
Ruben Neves, who captained Porto at the age of just 18 is on the radar of many top European clubs. A defensive midfielder with a contract at the Portuguese club until June 2019.
If United are really interested in Ruben, they have to act fast and sign him up as soon as possible to avoid a potential bidding war.
