Januzaj Must Start – How Manchester United Should Line Up vs Olympiakos

Tonight is the night. If Manchester United go out of the Champions League tonight then I think it will be the last straw for many supporters in terms of the David Moyes’ tenure. We have looked awful for the majority of the season and sit sixth in the division, and if we lose to Olympiakos we can kiss the Champions League goodbye for next season. Here is how I would set the team up tonight.

David De Gea is my natural choice in goal. My back four would consist of Rafael at right-back, Patrice Evra on the left and the tried and tested partnership of Ferdinand and Vidic in the middle, despite the latter’s sending off against Liverpool.

I would stick Michael Carrick in middle with Marouane Fellaini and have Antonio Valencia on the right wing. On the left I think Adnan Januzaj needs to start with Wayne Rooney tucked just behind Robin van Persie, who I think has a lot to prove this evening.

Moyes has to attack from the off. He HAS to. We need to take the game to the Greeks or the crowd will get on the teams’ back and we threaten to be our own downfall.

Please Moyes, let’s go for it.
