Manchester United move 3 points clear of an unenergetic Manchester City as the season moves into December with the Derby arriving to give us a chance to open a 6 point gap before Christmas.
Although that’s the truth there won’t be many United fans reading the above statement with any confidence at all.

Manchester United vs QPR is a fixture which evokes memories of many great games of the past, with players like Rodney Marsh looming large in those memories.
QPR were always a team that played with style, like West Ham United, a tradition of passing football and players who knew how to entertain.
So Mark Hughes has finally been sacked by Tony Fernandes and looks set to be replaced at QPR by Harry Redknapp. This has brought a lot more attention to Manchester United’s game tomorrow against the R’s at Old Trafford and has dare I say it probably put a bit more pressure on Sir Alex Ferguson’s side.

Manchester United Reserves acquitted themselves well in a hostile environment against a Galatasaray team for which it mattered. And boy didn’t our boys did well.
Cristiano Ronaldo joined Manchester United as a teenage boy; he departed for the Madrid capital as man.
His football education under the guidance of Sir Alex Ferguson helped him become arguably the best player on the planet, although many would agree he is second to Barcelona sensation Lionel Messi.
