Young Kobbie Mainoo is surely going to get more prominence in the Manchester United squad in the 2024/25 season, especially after his performance for England at the Euros. He could even start the game against Fulham.
Fulham, meanwhile, have let go of Bobby DeCordova-Reid (free transfer to Leicester City) and Tosin Adarabioyo (free transfer to Chelsea). João Palhinha, the Premier League’s best tackler of 2023/24, has been moved on to Bayern Munich for a club-record fee, which means Cairney will get the run for that match.
