Manchester United star could be headed to Juventus this summer
As reported by Manchester Evening News, Manchester United star, Mason Greenwood has given the green light on a move to Juventus. The Italian giants led by Thiago Motta are excited about the prospect of signing the 22-year-old.
Greenwood’s time away from Old Trafford has completely turned things around for him. A few years ago when he was accused of assault no club wanted to touch him. Now, suitors are lining up to get his signature.
It is all thanks to the amazing effort put in by Greenwood during his time in Spain. He made 36 appearances for Getafe last season recording a total of 10 goals and six assists. The team also chose the 22-year-old as their best player last season.
Apart from his insane skill on the ball and ability to infiltrate defensive lines with ease, what’s most attractive about Greenwood is his versatility. Last season he spent time playing as a CF and as a winger on both the left and right flank.
If the Red Devils were to reintegrate him back into the squad, they would see a massive improvement in their attack. However, Greenwood coming back might not sit well in the court of public opinion because of his past.
It seems like Juventus is the best option for the 22-year-old. He would be getting a fresh start and the Italian side is one of the biggest clubs in the world. surely, it will be a step forward for Mason Greenwood.
