Manchester United eye duo from promoted PL teams as the club is now trying a new transfer strategy

As reported by Express, Manchester United are eyeing Luton Town midfielder, Ross Barkley and Fulham defender, Tosin Adarabioyo. Their new targets are part of Sir Jim Ratcliffe‘s new transfer strategy at Old Trafford.

The INEOS chief doesn’t think that spending tens of millions of dollars on superstar-level players is the way to go. He says that making a player like Kylian Mbappe is much harder than buying him outright.

So it seems like Ratcliffe will be betting on United’s youth academy while he continues to add depth to the squad. Both Barkley and Tosin are excellent players who excel at their positions.

Barkley has made 30 appearances for Luton this season, recording a total of four goals and six assists. He is an excellent playmaker who controls the midfield very well. The Red Devils are in desperate need of a player like him.

On the other hand, Tosin is a stalwart defender who is always ready to put his body on the line. His work rate and intelligence in defence are admirable and he would make a fine addition to United’s backline.

The Red Devils’ new strategy seems very smart and could end up doing wonders for them. The team has spent millions on players like Antony in the past and we all know how that has worked out for them.
