Manchester United could face a battle to keep star Alejandro Garnacho. The star winger reportedly dreams of a move to Real Madrid amid his standout first season as a regular starter. This is a nightmare for United, as they have already gone through a similar situation with Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Old Trafford 15 years ago.

The Red Devils signed him as a 16-year-old in October 2020, enticing him away from Atletico Madrid for a compensation sum of only £100,000. Garnacho has been in red-hot form, scoring seven goals and registering four assists to form an amazing partnership with summer recruit Rasmus Hojlund. Perez wants to hold a meeting with Garnacho to convince him to leave Old Trafford, as he is coming to the UK next month to face Manchester City.

Connections to Cristiano Ronaldo
