Manchester United star could lose up to £1m due to a failed business investment.

Manchester United star, Scott McTominay can usually be spotted on Instagram with his fiancee Cam Reading. However, their relationship also extends into business as the Scott is an investor in her dad’s business.

The Sun reports that McTominay who lent the firm £1m for investing in Portugal will only be recovering £100,000. However, the 27-year-old might also have to face some other problems due to this.

The Sun has also stated that his fiancee, Cam Reading’s lavish Instagram lifestyle has become a problem for investors. Apparently, people lost a lot of money because of her and her father’s failed business endeavours.

So her showing off a rich and lavish lifestyle can attract a lot of negative attention. Hopefully, nothing comes the way of McTominay since that is the last thing that he needs right now. The 27-year-old is one of the only consistent players at Manchester United.

If anything affects his performance the team would be losing out on a lot of quality. As the Red Devils begin their climb towards the top four, McTominay will surely be playing a pivotal role.

Also worth noting is that the 27-year-old plays for Manchester United. So, even though he has lost a big amount of money, he will more than makeup for it in a few weeks.

All that matters at this stage is that Scott McTominay continues to be clutch for the Red Devils.
