Erling Haaland had some sound advice for Manchester United forward, Rasmus Hojlund following the Dane’s ‘hard start’
Erling Haaland seemed to be impressed by Manchester United forward, Rasmus Hojlund while speaking to The Sun. The Norwegian Striker mentioned that the Dane was off to a rough start but has been impressive as of late.
Let’s have a look at what Haaland had to say.
“His start was a bit hard, but then it became much better.”
“When we played against him he was really good,”
Haaland added that Hojlund is a good player but he has to keep developing and score more goals for Manchester United. It seems like the Norwegian is looking for some competition in England.
In 31 appearances this season, Haaland has scored 28 goals while also recording six assists. His impact is second to none and he is a major reason behind Manchester City’s success.
Hojlund on the other hand has a long way to go. In 30 appearances this season the Dane has recorded 13 goals and two assists. The 21-year-old was in fine form this year before he picked up an injury in February.
He has been the driving force behind the Red Devils’ second-half comeback this season. His impact is clear to see as the team have already dropped two games ever since he has been out due to injury.
