Erik ten Hag and his training methods have made some Man United players unhappy.

Manchester United have been losing players left and right this season. A lot of people credit their poor performance this year to all the injuries that the team has had to sustain.

For a major part of the season the Red Devils were missing important figures like Casemiro, Mason Mount, Lisandro Martinez and Victor Lindelof. There were even more players on the injury list. So, Erik ten Hag has not been able to field his best squad at most times.

However, the Dutchman himself might’ve contributed to his team’s injury. According to a report by The Daily Mail (h/t EuroSport), some players have grown discontent with how intense Erik ten Hag’s training sessions can be.

It was also reported that a lot of the team was unhappy when they weren’t given an off after playing Luton. All points around the team indicate that the players are unhappy with how the Dutchman handles training.

If the situation doesn’t improve Erik ten Hag could lose the backing of his team. The Dutchman is already running short on allies as his season collapses. Now, if he loses his team as well then his time at Old Trafford could come to an end.

United’s results have already been poor and a team that isn’t fit to play will only make things worse.
