Erik ten Hag could revisit his old club as he tries to lure a German star to Manchester United

As reported by The Sun, three Premier League clubs Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are looking to get their hands on German star, Diant Ramaj. The 22-year-old is currently playing for Ajax.

Now, as we’re all aware Erik ten Hag has a lot of history with the Dutch side. He has previously bought Lisnadro Martinez and Antony from Ajax and well there’s not a lot to say about those two.

While the Argentinian puts up stellar performances he hasn’t been able to stay fit enough to do so regularly. Antony on the other hand has been abysmal and has only managed to record one goal and one assist through 28 appearances this season.

Now many believe that Ramaj would be a fruitful signing but even that is up for debate. The 22-year-old has conceded 42 goals in 27 appearances and has only managed to keep five clean sheets.

Moreover, the club already has Andre Onana and he did not come cheap as the Red Devils had to pay £47.2m for him. The Cameroonian goalkeeper has left a lot to be desired but there is potential for him to improve in the future.

Ramaj on the other hand is already struggling in a lower league so a move to the PL could end up being catastrophic for his development.

Even though it doesn’t seem like a promising move for either club Man United, Arsenal and Chelsea might just battle it out for the signature of Ramaj this summer.
