United’s refusal to enter into a bidding war
While Manchester United like Ivan Toney, they will not enter into a bidding war with Arsenal and Chelsea for the services of the 27-year-old striker according to a report by Mirror Football.
Brentford are said to have placed a £100million price tag on Ivan Toney. While the price is certainly over the odds, Toney’s fast expiring contract should give interested teams leeway in negotiations. Whether an agreement can be found by United should they push for the player remains to be seen
