Premier League officials provide clarity to Manchester United’s schedule for March, rescheduling two matches for live television coverage. The Red Devils are currently in top form after winning three games in a row, recently beating West Ham United.
United defeated West Ham 3-0 in the Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Sunday, building a much-needed momentum. They suffered a torrid first half of the season, facing early elimination from the Carabao Cup and the Champions League.
However, United are still in the FA Cup, having defeated Newport County 2-4 in the fourth round. They are facing an uphill battle to finish the season in the top four of the Premier League.
The Red Devils are currently sixth in the Premier League table, eight points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa. A consistent result from here on can help them achieve the minimum expectation, saving the season from more failure.
Manchester United’s official site reported that United would begin the March fixture at the Etihad Stadium against rivals Manchester City. The encounter is on Sunday 3rd March and the kick-off time is at 15:30 GMT.
The Red Devils face Everton the following weekend on Saturday 9 March at 12:30 GMT. The Premier League clash is live on TNT Sports in the United Kingdom.
United beat Everton 3-0 at Goodison Park in the reverse fixture earlier this season, marking Kobbie Mainoo’s first top-flight start. The game also involved a special bicycle-kick goal from Alejandro Garnacho which is one of the goals of the season.

If Manchester United progress in their fifth-round FA Cup tie, they will reschedule their match against Sheffield United on March 16 at 15:00 GMT. Following the international break, United played the away game against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday, March 30.
The game has taken Sky Sports’ evening slot of 20:00 BST, wrapping up the March fixture for United. Scott McTominay’s late heroics helped United win 2-1 in the reverse fixture against the Bees, earlier this season.
