Manchester United received yet another injury blow.

Manchester United have a Bayern Munich superstar on their 4-man transfer shortlist

According to The Daily Mail, Manchester United will be going after Bayern Munich superstar, Joshua Kimmich as Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s four-man summer transfer shortlist has now come to light.

Everyone knows that INEOS are going to make some big moves during the summer. It was earlier speculated that the team will not have enough money for all their targets. However, Ratcliffe’s new strategy can solve all their money issues.

It is being reported that INEOS will be going after stars who only have one year left on their contract, this will make it easier and cheaper to get a deal done. If it works we could see some real stars donning the Manchester Red next season.

Apart from Kimmich, Bayern Munich LB Alphonso Davies, Lille forward Jonathan David, and OGC Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram are all on United’s summer shopping list.

Kimmich will likely be replacing Casemiro who is expected to be sold during the summer. 23-year-old Davies will be a good second option behind Luke Shaw, he might eventually become a regular starter as Shaw is slowly starting to age.

24-year-old David will be an excellent choice for reinforcing their attack, while 22-year-old Thuram will give the team some much-needed creativity in the midfield.

It will make more sense for Manchester United to go after these players after they sell a few of their own. Among those that are expected to depart during the summer are Casemiro, Raphael Varane and possibly Antony if he doesn’t start playing well.
