Dutch legend has returned to Old Trafford to complete UEFA coaching course with Man United

A Dutch legend has once again returned to Manchester United to grace the grounds of Old Trafford. Robin van Persie has arrived in Manchester to complete a mandatory part of his UEFA coaching course.

The flying Dutchman was one of the best players in the world back when he was actively playing. He played for multiple prominent clubs during his career including stints with Man United and Arsenal.

Apart from being a prolific scorer, Van Persie was also an excellent playmaker. Through 278 appearances for The Gunners, he recorded 132 goals and 58 assists.

He has already solidified his spot as one of the best players of all time and is now looking to make some waves as a football coach. As reported by The Athletic, Van Persie will be at Carrington for a few more days.

During his time with the club, he will be attending team practices and several different workshops under Erik ten Hag. Both of United’s Dutchmen will be working together closely.

Two more coaches from the Netherlands will be accompanying Van Persie during his time at Old Trafford. Following his training with the team, the Dutchman will be ever closer to his goal of becoming a football coach.
