Manchester United could be getting two of their stars back for the game against Aston Villa

Manchester United will be looking to keep their newly found form going against Aston Villa. The Red Devils are finally showing signs of life during the second half of the season.

They have won all three of their last games with the most recent one coming against West Ham United who were on the wrong end of a 3-0 thrashing. To make it even better Erik ten Hag could soon see two of his stars return during the game against Villa.

Both Mason Mount and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are expected to participate in the game. 25-year-old Mount has missed a total of 20 games for the team this season, while 26-year-old Wan-Bissaka has missed eight.

Manchester United’s midfield lacks creativity at times and having Mount back will be the perfect remedy for that. Moreover, the English midfielder has historically been good against Aston Villa. In eight games against the Villans Mount has scored three goals while winning five games.

However, fans shouldn’t be expecting to get it going in just his first game back since he has spent a lot of time away from football lately. Aaron Wan-Bissaka could end up warming the bench though, as Diogo Dalot is already deployed at RB.

But, knowing Ten Hag he might decide against Dalot and play the 26-year-old instead, so not all hope is lost for those who are expecting to see Aaron play.
