Manchester United are looking to spend big during the summer as they eye a move for Brazilian star

Manchester United have already begun to prepare for the summer. After the disastrous season that the team has had, some changes are definitely in order. The newest addition to the team’s summertime shopping list is a Brazilian defender.

According to Italian publication Calcio Mercato, The Red Devils are interested in bringing in Juventus defender, Gleison Bremer. The 26-year-old has been a quality pickup for the Italian side and may soon be headed to the Premier League.

However, the Brazilian will not come cheap for the club. A deal for Bremer is expected to cost Man United somewhere in the region of €70m, and that is just to start talking about him.

The team will likely be letting go of Raphael Varane during the summer. The Frenchman is out of contract at the end of the season and is yet to sign an extension with the club.

It was earlier believed that Varane would be extended on a new deal with better terms and reduced wages. However, the news of Bremer could mean that the club has decided to move on from the Frenchman.

Whatever the case may be there will most likely be a ton of arrivals at Old Trafford during the summer. The team has also been linked to Giorgio Scalvini and are expected to talk to him in the future.
