Manchester United will soon lose out on forward as La Liga deal is now ‘imminent’
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United’s Facundo Pellistri will soon be heading over to La Liga as a deal is now ‘imminent’. It seems like the Uruguayan Winger will soon be playing for Granada.
The toughest part about the 22-year-old’s stint with the Red Devils as been his lack of playing time. Erik ten Hag has hesitated to call on this young talent and when he has the winger has failed to impress.
However, it does stand to be argued whether letting Pellistri go this late into the transfer window is a wise choice by Erik ten Hag? The team is in desperate need of a creative winger at the moment and the 22-year-old fits the bill.
With the recent outburst of quality from Antony and Alejandro Garnacho, Pellistri will probably not be getting a lot of playing time. However, if either player is to get injured the 22-year-old would be more than up to the task.
It’s not like Ten Hag has a bunch of depth on the squad so his decision to loan Pellistri when the team is in such a poor condition is poor, to say the least. However, the window hasn’t shut just yet.
It is extremely likely that the Dutchman will be making a signing on the last day. Hopefully, fans get to witness a new striker at Old Trafford, because Rasmus Hojlund is not it at the moment.
