Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford deems his FC 24 rating as “alright”
Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford appeared in this week’s episode of Uncut on Premier League’s YouTube channel. The 25-year-old guessed his FC 24 ratings in comparison to the ratings he received last season.
Rashford had the opportunity to guess every major attribute based on the stats provided in the FIFA 23 ratings.
The Englishman came close with most of his guesses. However, he also felt slightly embarrassed about the poor rating he received in passing and defending.
The English international made a significant jump in his overall rating which was 81 in FIFA 23, to 85 in FC 24. Rashford humbly accepted the overall rating saying, “It’s alright, it’s alright”, to the interviewer.
In FC 24, Rashford boasts a Pace rating of 90, a significant increase from his 87 rating in FIFA 23. Furthermore, his Shooting and Dribbling attributes shine in FC 24, with ratings of 86 and 84, respectively, compared to their FIFA 23 counterparts of 82 and 81.
We found the funniest part of the video to be when Rashford discussed his defensive rating. He feared receiving a rating lower than 41, his FIFA 23 rating, as the 25-year-old stated, “41 isn’t even defending.”
Rashford made 56 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions, contributing to 30 goals and 11 assists. The 25-year-old was the highest goal scorer for his club during the 2022/23 season.
EA Sports FC 24 will be released on 29th September 2023, and fans who enjoy football video games, particularly Red Devil supporters, must be eagerly anticipating it even more following the release of these ratings.
