Manchester United put Harry Maguire and Jadon Sancho on the market
Manchester United are seemingly done with Jadon Sancho and Harry Maguire — two players who cost big, big money. As per the Sun, they are up for sale this summer.
This was a particularly long saga and there were big expectations from the winger to succeed at Old Trafford. He was making waves in Germany with Dortmund.
It was almost a safe signing for the Red Devils, one which surely couldn’t go wrong because of the quality he displayed and the numbers he put up with the Bundesliga giants.
What next for Sancho and Maguire?
But that hasn’t been the case. Sancho had a lengthy spell out last season which wasn’t down to injury but unexplained reasons.
He finished the season with just seven goals and three assists in 41 games. Just six of those matches saw him play the full 90 minutes without being taken off or brought on.
Antony’s arrival and Marcus Rashford’s place down the left flank obviously mean Sancho will struggle to be a pinned starter. As for Maguire, Erik ten Hag kept him as the club captain.
But he slowly phased him out of the team completely. Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez are big upgrades on him while Luke Shaw played as a centre-back several times despite Maguire being on the bench.

Ten Hag has been brutal and decisive with his decisions when it comes to team selection at Man United. It seems Sancho and Maguire’s time is up here. Both can fetch us good money, so we have to ensure we sell them to the highest bidder.
