Real Madrid agree £86 million transfer for Manchester United target and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid have come to an agreement over an £86 million transfer for Manchester United target Jude Bellingham, via the Manchester Evening News.

It has been confirmed by the Bundesliga giants that the England international will join the Santiago Bernabeu outfit this summer amidst interest from the Red Devils as well as Manchester City.

The fee Los Blancos will pay the German outfit could further increase if certain clauses are met. All that is left for the 19-year-old to do is undergo a medical and put pen to paper.

Bellingham is one of the most exciting prospects in world football right now. The midfielder has been tracked by the Old Trafford side for several years now. Erik ten Hag is also an admirer of the youngster.

However, Madrid are one of the biggest and most prestigious clubs in the world. On the other hand, United are still reeling under the mismanagement of the past decade. Hopefully, the Dutch manager will get us back to the top.

Los Blancos have an abundance of talent in their midfield. Carlo Ancelotti has the likes of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos at his disposal. They can also call upon Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde. Now they are about to add the 19-year-old English national to their ranks.

As for United, we signed Casemiro and Christian Eriksen last summer. The two have become pivotal to Ten Hag’s plans at the Old Trafford side.

However, they both turned 31 in February. In our ranks, we also seemingly do not have adequate cover for the two. Also, the Danish national has looked lethargic in the last few weeks when on the pitch.
