The 18-year-old made his United debut in the previous campaign in April. He came on in the final minutes of a Premier League fixture against Chelsea. The game ended 1-1.

Ten Hag initially gave the winger a few opportunities in the 2022/23 season. However, it was not until the end of October that the youngster got his first start.

Garnacho made his full debut for the Old Trafford side in the Europa League against Sheriff Tiraspol, playing 79 minutes before being substituted. The 18-year-old then scored his first goal for the senior side a few days later against Real Sociedad in a 1-0 win.

Ten Hag gave the youngster a start against Aston Villa in the league. However, while the Argentine looked energetic, the Red Devils lost 3-1 at Villa Park.

Garnacho put in a scintillating display in our last fixture against the Lions in the Carabao Cup. He came onto the pitch at around the hour mark and gave two assists to help United to a 4-2 victory.
