Donny van de Beek is ready to move out of Manchester United in January as Juventus plot move
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato (h/t The Mirror), Donny van de Beek is planning a move away from Manchester United in January itself with Juventus keen on using their connections to get a deal over the line.
The 24-year-old has suffered for game-time at Old Trafford ever since he made the move last summer. A highly-rated talent from AFC Ajax, Van de Beek was touted for great things at Manchester but has not been given the necessary game-time to prove himself.
Last season, the Dutchman managed 36 appearances across all competitions but failed to garner more than 1500 minutes in the same period as he acted as an off-the-bench player for the club.
The midfielder was on the move this summer as well but a last-minute loan move to Everton was blocked off by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the former Ajax man stayed at the club. Playing time has been an issue again this season as he has only managed 6 minutes of Premier League football out of the 7 games the club has played so far.
Solskjaer has preferred the likes of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes, Scott McTominay, Fred, and Nemanja Matic in his midfield line, despite things not working out well, especially with regard to Fred.
Thus, the Dutch international’s agent is now trying hard to find him a new club. Inter Milan and Juventus are keen on a move for the midfielder, but it seems like the latter could steal a march ahead of the Serie A champions.

However, given that United are said to be looking for the £36million they spent on him or at least a major chunk of it, it remains to be seen whether any club is ready to fork out that kind of cash for somebody who has featured scarcely over the last year or so.
