Team News: The latest injury news ahead of Manchester United vs Newcastle United
According to the English news outlet The Mirror, Jadon Sancho, who picked up an injury with England, is ready to feature for Manchester United against Newcastle United.
The 21-year-old was one of United’s top signings this summer. While he has already made his debut, Sancho is yet to get going at the club.
Thankfully, his recent absence from Carrington is more of a precaution than anything to worry about. As things stand, he is expected to be in contention to feature at the weekend. Whether that will be the case remains to be seen.

Another player who is available is Alex Telles. The Brazilian full-back suffered an ankle injury in pre-season and is yet to feature for the club this campaign. While it is debatable if he will displace Luke Shaw from the starting XI, his return will definitely give Ole Gunnar Solskajer options.
Scottish midfielder Scott McTominay is also back in training and could be available for the weekend. Whether Solskajer will throw him right back into the mix remains to be seen.
The Norwegian would be better off easing McTominay in. With Fred also ruled out of the game, it could be the opening Donny van de Beek needs to prove a point.

The same cannot be said of some of our other injured stars. Marcus Rashford, Phil Jones and Dean Henderson are all still unavailable.
Jones has been sidelined for the last 18 months and is currently recovering from a knee injury. He is currently working with the first-team setup and will be eased into the squad by Solskjaer.
