Manchester United willing to listen to offers for Daniel James
According to Football Fancast, Manchester United are open to letting Daniel James leave the club. The club are looking at potential player sales in a bid to raise more funds for transfers. The speedy winger would be allowed to leave if the right offer comes in.
The Welshman has not had the best of times over the last two seasons at United. He has performed well in patches but has not been able to nail down a starting berth. Now with Sancho’s arrival at United, James could find his game time further reduced.
James does look in good touch after what fans saw in the Euros, where he was in action for Wales. He also returned to action for United in the draw over Brentford but took time to get used to the pace of the game. It was to be expected as he returned from a long holiday after the Euros.
Now, James’ future has been called into question. United are spending on incoming transfers but if they are to continue, they will have to sell fringe players. James’ name has landed on the chopping block and he will be sold if the right offer arrives.

It is unlikely that James would displace any of the established starters any time soon. However, sitting on the benches for prolonged periods of time is also not helping him develop. A temporary move away to some other club might do him some good.
